The beam ducts for S-LSR is required the low rate of outgassing and the construction to utilize the electrodes for dispension control.the beam ducts in the arc sections are applied the treatment of pre-backing with 950 degree.As the result, the rate of outgassing of ~3x10^-10^ Pa dot m^3^ dot s^-1^ dot m^-2^ in the beam lifetime of MG+ beam(35KeV)will become to be over 30sec.The production of the vacuum ducts and the estimation of the beam lifetime are presented.
